Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Basic understanding of flight crew qualifications and FARs regulating flight crew qualification and training • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks • Proficiency in MS Office with emphasize on Excel • Ability to communicate clearly as well as draft correspondence in a clear and concise manner • Ability to establish a good rapport with internal clients and vendors • Excellent telephone, administrative and record keeping skills • Must present a professional image Job Requirements: • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent work experience - preferred • Operational experience in the Sabre CrewQual and CrewTrac Program - preferred • Prior airline training or operations experience - preferred • Minimum 2 years of office administration experience - required
