• High school graduate required; Bachelor of Science plus experience as a Kalitta Air pilot is highly desirable.
• Hold an airline transport pilot certificate with 767 type rating.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience, within the last 6 years, as pilot in command of a large airplane operated under FAR Part 121 or 135.
o OR in the case of a person with previous experience as a Chief Pilot, have at least 3 years’ experience as pilot in command of a large airplane operated under FAR Part 121 or 135.
Demonstrate through the interview process the capability to speak, read and write the English language. This will ensure adequate communications with other areas relevant to safety, security, and operational control.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to convert between different units of measure.
