Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 1 year experience in management and recruiting
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:
• Experience in HR recruiting
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
• Knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge of existing and proposed legal requirements governing employment practices
• Ability to give direction, resolve problems, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Sound judgment and decision making ability
• Insightful, forward thinker
• Ability to understand and apply federal, state and local changes to and/or new regulations/laws pertaining to hiring |
