Requirements |
Minimum Qualifications:
• Have appropriate knowledge, experience, training, and demonstrated ability to instruct flight attendants in curriculum segments
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Possess strong organizational and project management skills
• Possess strong computer, analytic, and adaptability skills across a range of professional settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to meet strict deadlines and flexible to handle frequent changes in schedules and job functions
• Maintain Air Transportation Ground Instructor (ATGI) qualification
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous management experience
• Previous flight attendant or flight attendant training experience
• Previous teaching or instructing experience
Work Environment:
• Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
• Standard classroom environment, use of whiteboards, projectors and other classroom equipment
• Available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Non-exempt
Physical Requirements:
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs
• Maintain air transportation ground instructor (ATGI) qualification
• Assist the Manager of Inflight Training with presentation of all flight attendant training curriculums.
• Conduct Line Proficiency Checks
• Maintain an, "open door" policy to avail self to line flight attendants/trainees and inflight instructors, to assist in clarifying any information on company policies and procedures, training etc.
• Maintain exceptional performance record.
• Promote and communicate safety information throughout the organization.
• Perform other duties as required or delegated by the company.
