| Requirements |
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance
• Developing test planning documentation for an emerging weapons program
• Forecasting test assets, range requirements, and documentation development
• Integrating with program offices and prime contractors
• Developing, presenting, and assessing training in a classroom setting and hands-on environment or by computer-based learning
• Experience with current Department of Defense testing, test design and performance, knowledge of Department of Defense programs and organizations, and an understanding of Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB) operations are required
• Proficien with Windows-based PC software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Ability to lead a team, work in a team environment, and be accountable for both individual work and teamwork
• Must be able to effectively communicate orally and possess technical writing skills
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
• SharePoint knowledge/usage
• Previous experience in ballistic missile defense, space launch, or related mission areas is desired
• Expertise with US Air Force test and evaluation methodologies and processes is highly desired
• 15-20 years of professional work experience
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field |
