Ability to memorize computer entry codes and city codes Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience : 1. High school diploma or GED equivalency 2. Customer service experience Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience : 1. Associates degree in related field 2. 1-2 years airline experience 3. Operations experience and familiarity with the SABRE/DECS system
