| Requirements |
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Five (5) years experience in the military aviation training realm.
• Prior Program Manager Experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience, skills, communication ability, and understanding necessary to manage the block/variant configuration the country is purchasing or the block/variant configuration the country currently operates, as well as the training objectives.
• Familiarity with Air Force aircraft F-16 operations, training and maintenance requirements
• Knowledge of technical orders, AF/ANG publications, and F-16 aircraft systems to provide consistent, accurate lesson content input as a member of the courseware development team
• Basic Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICATION:
• Fifteen (15) years of military aviation experience
• Two (2) years experience instructing academics.
• Experience in delivering Military Pilot Academic and Simulator Training.
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) aircrew training
• Graduate of a formal military Academic Instructor Course (AIC), Formal Training Unit (FTU) or Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) Instructor Pilot experience, Fighter Weapons Instructor Course (FWIC), Top Gun Weapons Tactics Instructor (WTI) graduate
• Standardization/Evaluation Flight Examiner (SEFE) or NATOPS Evaluator experience
• Experience with Training Management Systems (TMS), learning management systems (LMS), and electronic grade books. |
