Requirements |
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:
• High School diploma or GED equivalency
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience/training
• 1 year Flight Training Scheduling experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
• Working knowledge of APA (pilots) and TWU (Flight Crew Training Instructors and Simulator Pilots) bargaining agreements to properly manage schedules
• Understand applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
• Knowledge of FOS/CREWS
• Ability to be detail oriented; able to effectively manage shifting priorities
• Ability to be reliable and dependable
• Ability to accept ownership, responsible and accountable for all functional obligations needing little or no supervision |
