| Requirements |
Required:
• BS/BA in Math, Computer Science, Aviation, Statistics or Operations Management
• At least 6 years of experience in industry preferred, or airline background
• In-depth experience in data modeling in Excel
• Coursework or work experience in analytics and modeling strongly preferred, with extensive use of database tools including but not limited to Access, Hyperion/Brio, SAS, etc…
• Good business, technical, verbal/written communication, presentation and sales skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Strong communication skills preferred
• Adaptability to changing business environment
• Build and maintain positive relationships with front line employees and stakeholders
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
• Reliable, punctual attendance is essential function of the position
Preferred:
• MBA preferred, MBA in Aviation desired
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced level in Excel strongly
• Leadership potential
