| Requirements |
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Human Factors, Math, Physics or related field AND a minimum of 1 year relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 as a general rule)
• Possesses thorough working knowledge of aviation, avionics, and applicable FAA and international regulations including a pilot’s license or equivalent aviation experience
• Demonstrates proficient working knowledge of Garmin Integrated Flight Decks and general knowledge of all Garmin aviation products and competitor products
• Demonstrates general knowledge of aviation human factors and associated guidance material
• Driven problem solver with proven success in solving difficult problems
Desired Qualifications:
• Outstanding academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.5)
• Previous work or internship experience with consumer or aviation products |
