Requirements |
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in the administrative or workforce management space
• Coordination of multiple priorities in a real-time operational environment
• Ability to structure confidential employee data into an easily accessible and addressable format
• Ability to calculate time and dates
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
• Studied Business Management Administration
• Experience in workforce management, staff planning and allocation and attendance management or payroll |
