| Requirements |
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year Management/Leadership Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree, 4-6 years of experience
• CFI (CFI-I and MEI preferred)
• Flight training experience, acquired as a certificated flight instructor, consisting of at least:
• 1 year and a total of 250 hours
• Flight Experience:Check Qualified or ability to become check qualified
• At least 500 hours pilot in command
• 50 hours actual or simulated instrument conditions
• Qualified to teach initial CFI
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Attention to detail
• Punctuality
• Team mindset (this team is in constant communication)
• Critical thinking, deductive reasoning
• MS office proficient (on a novice, proficient, fluent scale)
• Computer systems such as MISA, Flight Schedule Pro, Talon ETA, etc.
