Requirements |
• Bachelor’s degree in job-related field
• Hold or have held a professional Pilot License, Hold valid SFI or TRI
• Previous lead or management experience in aviation training preferred
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations
• Extensive aeronautical and aviation training experience preferred
• Strong focus on quality with a continuous drive towards process improvement & customer satisfaction
• Passionate about people, training, customer service and aviation field
• Demonstrate integrity and discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information
• Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude, and high energy to motivate the team
• Ability to execute and maintain the edge
• Experience in setting and evaluating performance measures for employees to drive business results preferred
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills that will impact team performance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate in a highly matrixed structure
• Results oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours including public holidays and weekends
• Scope to deal with complex problems unsupervised, Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment, accepts changes and adjusts accordingly
• Ability to maintain strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances
• Computer skills & knowledge of Internet applications: proficient in MS/Word, Excel and PowerPoint |
