• 1+ years of experience as a Crew Scheduler
• Proven track record of strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Perform with a high level of accuracy
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to exercise flexibility and good judgment
• Ability to handle stress in high-pressure situations
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
• Successful track record of working independently as well as part of a team
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
